Offers and purchases
Published offers have a fixed version of price, included services and terms. Acceptance records that version; later catalog changes do not rewrite the agreement. Where checkout is enabled, returning from the payment page does not itself activate service. Webdock waits for verified payment facts. If checkout is pending, inspect that purchase rather than starting another.Changes and cancellation
Review the quote and effective date before accepting a change. Upgrades may wait for a paid amendment invoice; downgrades can take effect at a confirmed future period boundary. Cancellation, stopping an application and deleting retained data are different actions. Stopping a resource does not automatically cancel its agreement. Financial records remain part of the account history.Sandbox and live purchases are separate. Sandbox confirmation does not grant live allowances. Payment processing requires explicit enablement; these docs do not imply that a public live catalog is available.
